Frequently Asked Questions

How will the consultation be conducted?

Consultations are conducted remotely via video call (Zoom or Microsoft Teams) or by telephone. In-person meetings can be arranged by appointment where required. You will receive joining details by email once your booking is confirmed.

What should I prepare for my consultation?

Please have any relevant documents to hand, such as your passport, current visa or leave, and any previous correspondence with the Home Office. A brief summary of your matter in advance helps us prepare and make the most of your 30 minutes.

What happens after the consultation?

Following your consultation, where agreed, we will provide a written summary of the advice given. We will also outline the next steps and any further work required, along with associated fees, so you can decide how you would like to proceed.

Is the consultation fee refundable?

The consultation fee is non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will endeavour to accommodate a new time where possible.

Is my information kept confidential?

All information you share with us is held in strict confidence and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We will never share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
