About Shahd Awawda

Shahd Awawda is a British-Palestinian lawyer with over 10 years of legal experience, having qualified in Palestine in 2016. She has more than five years of experience in UK immigration and asylum law and is a registered Level 1 Immigration Adviser with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), Adviser Registration Number: P063171.

Shahd holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), a Master's degree in Conflict Resolution from the United Kingdom, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Her academic background, combined with extensive legal practice, enables her to provide practical, strategic, and commercially aware advice tailored to each client's circumstances.

Before relocating to the United Kingdom, Shahd practised law in Palestine and later served as a lecturer at Hebron University Faculty of Law, where she taught legal subjects and supervised aspiring lawyers. Her experience in both legal practice and academia has given her a strong foundation in legal analysis, advocacy, and client representation.

Throughout her career, Shahd has assisted individuals, families, and businesses with a broad range of immigration matters, including family visas, visitor applications, settlement, British citizenship, asylum, humanitarian protection, and complex immigration cases.
